This design looks similar to No. 21 Kobayakawa, but it is the Yuki original version, and has smaller tomoe circles than the tomoes in the Kobayakawa design.
 
"Tomoe" is a pattern of leather arms that protect the arms when shooting a bow (called Tomo).
